2025: Keepabl's Year In Review

2025 saw the launch of Keepabl's excellent Assessments solution, powered by our popular Risk Engine, additional AI Governance reporting, 25 new machine-translated languages, the launch of our Risk blog series, and Keepabl sponsoring a host of Privacy, AI and Governance events

As we look at an exciting roadmap for 2026, it’s cliched to say, but where has the past year gone? 2025 delivered another year of strong product growth, delivering continually increasing value to our customers.

 

Product Releases

2025 saw the release of high-value solutions after intensive ‘Roadmapper’ consultations with practitioners, leading to award nominations for our product innovation.

Assessments and Risk

Keepabl makes managing and carrying out assessments a whole lot easier:

  • Easily Manage Assessments – Select from one of Keepabl’s excellent templates or build you own with Template Builder. Choose which Templates go live and manage which Assessments are available to your Users with Contributors and Signatories.
  • Build Any Assessment – Our intuitive, drag-and-drop Template Builder allows you to create any Assessment you want. Pick from any section or question from any existing Template (ours or yours), or from our powerful selection of blank, model questions to build your Templates exactly as you want.
  • Helpful automation – Link to Activities in your RoPA and we’ll pre-populate the relevant information in your Assessment, all completed Assessments are neatly filed away in your File Library and you Dashboards show you all the key metrics you need to know.
  • Customisable Risk Engine – Tailor all aspects of your risk methodology in our Risk Engine, and then drop it into any Assessment to ensure that everyone follows your organisation’s uniform approach to risk.

AI Governance

New reporting on AI, and automated decision-making, live interrogates your RoPA, surfacing key insights on your use of AI, significant decisions, human oversight, whether you’ve carried out an AI Assessment and more.

 

Machine-Translated Languages

Our 6 human-translated languages (Dutch, English, French, German, Italian and Spanish) were joined by 25 new, Machine Translated (MT) languages, with more to come.

Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese (Mandarin), Czech, Danish, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, PortugueseRomanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish (Latin America), Swedish, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese.

2025 was packed with wonderful events within the Privacy and Compliance network.

 

DPAS – Engage, Educate, Empower 2025

February saw Keepabl’s first sponsorship of Engage, Educate and Empower, hosted by DPAS. This data protection and information security conference is free for DPOs and Privacy Professionals from all sectors, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.

We’re delighted to be returning to DPAS on 12 February 2026 as a Platinum Sponsor.

 

Privacy Space 2025 – times two

We proudly kept our 100% sponsorship rate at the award-winning Privacy Space in Leamington Spa, sponsoring both the April and November iterations. It remains one of our favourite events of the year, boasting such a community-driven experience from both the speakers sessions and the networking breaks.

Hosted in London, the Piccasso Awards Europe celebrates excellence in privacy, security, and compliance across industries and borders. With 24 award categories, the programme honours both individuals and teams who are redefining privacy practices across sectors-highlighting achievement in areas such as legal compliance, communications, ethical governance, and strategic leadership.

This year Keepabl was honoured to be shortlisted for Most Innovative Platform or Software of the Year, a huge accolade and great recognition of the team’s focus on innovation and our customer’s job to be done on Compliance.

 

IAPP Data Protection Conference 2025

The IAPP Europe Data Protection Congress in Brussels remains Europe’s flagship Privacy event for practitioners. In it’s 14th year the illustrious event was, once again, a must-attend event, with a wide range of fascinating sessions with high profile speakers and subject matter experts and, of course, networking events.

We were delighted to welcome so many of the attendees to our stand to say hello, learn about our award-winning solution, and to play our infamous Lucky Cat game.

 

A look ahead at 2026
