Easy Template Creation & Management

We spent over a year speaking with practitioners, ‘roadmapping’ our Assessments solution, so we solved the traps and issues you encounter, from noisy libraries, to version control, from the collaboration process to signature.

Easy Template Management

Our year-long ‘Roadmapper’ research revealed that a noisy library was a common problem for practitioners. So, we solved it!

Template Builder has clear folders for your Live, Available, Draft and Archived Templates and it’s easy to move them between folders.

Pick from ANY Template

Pick ANY section or question from ANY Template: your other Templates, Keepabl’s own, and the UK ICO’s LIA and DPIA.

Select the Template in the dropdown on the left side, and its sections and questions appear below. Just drag and drop to your Template on the right side, and edit as you want.

Create with Drag and Drop

Just drag and drop the section or question you want, from the donor Template on the left, into your draft Template on the right. If you don’t want it anymore, just delete it from your Template. You can always bring it back again later.

Easy Template Editing

Working on your draft Template is super intuitive, with drag and drop to move, Go Full Screen to make editing easier, and the ability to edit every question and answer so you get exactly what you want.

Edit every question

Edit every bit of text, even those from Keepabl’s and the ICO’s Templates.

Format text as you want, insert links to guidance, and of course remove anything you don’t need.

Move with Drag & Drop

Easily move sections and questions around in your Template. Just drag-and-drop them into the order you want.

It works just the same as our popular Forms to automatically intake Rights and Breaches.

Go Full Screen

It’s so much easier to edit your Templates when you use all available real estate on your device. Go Full Screen maximises what you see to make it easier to create your vision.
