Well done team and thank you to all we spoke to in the process of creating our awesome Assessments solution and Risk Engine, which powers Assessments and will power Enterprise Risk in 2026.

We live for customer feedback so keep it coming!

Keepabl & The PICCASO Awards

Keepabl’s no stranger to The PICCASO Awards, which became The PICCASO Awards Europe from its second year.

Our CEO, Robert Baugh:

  • was named Privacy Champion at the inaugural PICCASO Awards in 2022, and
  • was shortlisted as a Finalist for Privacy Writer/Author at the PICCASO Awards Europe 2023, not least for our free YouTube channel [YouTube cookies and privacy policy applies] Privacy Kitchen, now with over 7,000 subscribers.

Our 2025 Nomination

Our ‘Why’ (from Simon Sinek’s Start with the Why) is:

To joyfully use tech to solve people’s headaches and make them feel happier

We love building clean, usable, valuable solutions that our users love. No vanityware, no laziness. Nothing gets into the solution unless there’s a very good reason. We want out tech to be fun and satisfying to build and to delight our users.

Hear from our Customers

But don’t just take it from us, hear from our customers:

The Upload Activities function was fantastic, really easy to use and immediately populated my dashboards, risk maps, and reports. It was amazing to see the app burst into life.

We’re delighted to have a solution that has such a positive effect on how we work and meet ongoing GDPR compliance across countries.

We needed a secure platform to automate and bring efficiencies. Keepabl ticks all the boxes. You can tell the product is built by people who know Privacy and really care for their customers.

Benchmarking our privacy program was very easy to do – and very valuable. We now manage and report on this using Keepabl.

Keepabl has always listened to our feedback, constantly moving the solution forward with excellent new features that help us to manage Privacy better across our global group.

Keepabl cleverly automates many Privacy tasks for you, making compliance easier for everyone.

Their holistic solution really accelerates compliance activities and I believe will save my clients 50-70% of their ongoing Privacy compliance over the next 3 years.

Our awesome Assessments & Risk Engine

Our awesome Assessments solution, and the Risk Engine that drives it, was over a year in the roadmapping phase. We spoke with practitioners in Mom Test conversations, learning what really works and what really doesn’t, and what’s on the dream list.

We learnt so much about how practitioners handle Assessments and Risk that we published a video on the 5 Top Traps with Assessments and we’re publishing a Guide to Risk in a series of blog posts.

We then spent 3 months handing over Assessments and Risk Engine from Product to Engineering to ensure we kept those learnings addressed best in the solution.

See our Assessments yourself

Do please contact us and take a demo of Assessments and have a two-week free trial. Always try out the solution you’re thinking of buying.

Look forward to speaking to you soon!
