St Giles Trust, an award-winning UK social justice charity, have chosen Keepabl’s Privacy Management Software as a way to manage their GDPR obligations.
Keepabl St Giles GDPR Management

St Giles Trust empowers people who are not getting the help they need, using their expertise and real-life past experiences. Between 2019 and 2020, the charity helped over 20,000 people, assisting 5,568 individuals to find housing, guiding almost 700 disadvantaged people to employment.

As a charity taking care of crucial services to individuals, St Giles already had great Privacy compliance, with an established Privacy by Design & by Default approach. The team, however, wanted the benefits of a SaaS solution, with their Deputy Chief Executive, Malcolm Walker, calling for a way to improve the maintenance of the Article 30 Records of Processing Activities and ongoing compliance.

St Giles successfully went from Sheets to SaaS, migrating their spreadsheets into Keepabl’s Privacy Management Platform, saving time and stress on GDPR, with better GDPR risk and breach management.

Malcolm noted: ‘Reviewing the Keepabl KPIs and reports provides the information we need to ensure we are meeting requirements for data privacy management. With Keepabl, we have a more efficient way of maintaining the details and analysing risks.
