Keepabl named a finalist for 2019 CompTIA UK Spotlight Awards

Finalists announced for first CompTIA awards, celebrating excellence in the channel

London, UK, 20 June 2019 – Keepabl has been announced as a finalist for the Innovative Vendor of the Year Award at the inaugural CompTIA UK Spotlight Awards.

As a global, not-for-profit trade association, CompTIA stands for excellence and standards in the technology industry.  The awards evening, which will be hosted by CompTIA and take place on June 25th in Bristol, has been created to celebrate the companies and individuals who reflect these values.

One year on, GDPR is still a huge challenge for UK organisations of all sizes, public and private, including MSPs themselves.  GDPR totally transforms how MSPs and their customers use (or should use) personal data and, in practice, any data.  But it’s long and complex – and no surprise that UK SMEs are confused by GDPR and face sales delays due to privacy concerns.  The very first step, creating the inventory of where you process personal data, is often the most challenging.

MSPs have found it hard to provide the answers customers need, and identify a vendor that delivers a regtech solution that MSPs can rely on: first, to get their customers into a great position on GDPR and, in turn, consolidate the MSPs trusted advisor status, generate revenue and create upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Keepabl’s award-winning GDPR solution changes all that with its innovative SaaS solution backed up by its proprietary Privacy Policy Pack.  Keepabl was created by its lawyer-founder specifically for MSPs so they can confidently take their customers through the get-compliance project and help make GDPR ‘business as usual’.  Its intuitive and simple SaaS solution delivers what MSPs and their customers need to get the GDPR job done.

We’re delighted CompTIA has recognised Keepabl’s innovation in this complex compliance area” says Robert Baugh, Founder & CEO at Keepabl, “It’s recognition we’ve succeeded in making GDPR simple for MSPs, and in providing them with a compelling, legislation-backed recurring revenue and upsell opportunity at a key time for the industry.”

Estelle Johannes, Director, Member Communities, CompTIA, comments: “We’re proud to announce Keepabl as a finalist at the inaugural UK Spotlight Awards. With such a high calibre of entries, Keepabl has been recognised as one of the best of the best in the industry. We wish them all the best for the awards evening results!”
