Don't miss Keepabl at The IAPP Data Protection Intensive: UK 2019

Keepabl is proud to sponsor the IAPP DPI (13 & 14 March). Don't miss our session on breach!

As an IAPP member, Keepabl is proud to sponsor the IAPP Data Protection Intensive: UK 2019 and to run a session on breach in the first morning (Wednesday 13th at 10:40).

As the IAPP notes:

In today’s data protection environment, the line between global and local is blurry—when it exists at all. Learn to adapt and thrive in this era of global change at the IAPP Data Protection Intensive: UK 2019.

The Intensive’s traditional emphasis on operations will be even stronger in 2019. Workshops and breakout sessions will focus on building fundamentally sound data protection systems that can react to change. You will find skills and knowledge on topics ranging from data breach response to operationalising new regulations. During evening general sessions, speakers will put broad issues that affect data protection into perspective. And as always, networking events will offer opportunities to connect with other U.K. data protection professionals.

The event promises to be as busy, productive and informative as always!

We’ll be there on both days demonstrating how Keepabl’s GDPR compliance platform is the core of your Privacy Governance System, talking about the Privacy Stack® and of course, there’s our rapidfire session on breach where you’ll:

  • learn the top 5 practical tips to prepare for and react to a personal data breach, from leading practitioners and counsel,
  • participate in a table-top exercise, see how you’d fare in a breach and benchmark your readiness, and
  • hear what records to keep and when and how to notify breaches to regulators and individuals, plus how breaches are being handled across the EEA.

We look forward to seeing you there!
