Keepabl Sponsors Privacy Space April 2026

We're delighted that Keepabl will continue our 100% sponsorship of the wonderful Privacy Space on 23 April 2026. Make sure to come and learn about our award-winning Privacy solution at their new North(ish) location!

We’re excited that Keepabl will again be attending and sponsoring Privacy Space this month – and this April will be the first time sponsoring Privacy Space at their new Northern location.

We’re very excited to catch-up with old friends and meet a whole new batch of Privacy and Data Protection enthusiasts.

Make sure you pop over to our stand so we can showcase our award-winning Privacy management solution, and see the exciting iterations we’ve made since November’s event.

Privacy Space North(ish)

For the first time, Privacy Space will be moving their April event from Leamington Spa to Wilmslow in Cheshire – home of the ICO.

This location change will bring new faces to join the insightful and informative sessions, speeches, and networking events, strengthening an already excellent community of data protection professionals.

As fellow Privacy enthusiasts, we’re always very excited for a few days away at Privacy Space, catching up with our friends in the UK and broader community.

Rise Above Privacy Stress with Keepabl

Nervous about switching from Spreadsheets or existing Privacy Management Software? We get it…

Unknown cost and effort can be daunting

Let’s clear that up right now…

Here’s how Keepabl’s helped other Organisations rise above Privacy stress:

  • Moving from an existing platform – Listed telco Gamma Communications plc migrated from a legacy provider super fast with excellent customer support. Read more here.
  • Moving from Spreadsheets – Growth fintech FundApps introduced automation and efficiency to their existing program with rapid ROI. Read more here.
  • Things WILL be better – Listed wealth manager Canaccord Genuity said:

We moved to Keepabl as it’s much simpler than our previous service yet better in dealing with multiple entities. It makes ongoing compliance and reporting easier, and its breach and risk modules are really excellent.

Superb collaboration is a must

Keepabl is all about efficient collaboration. Since November’s event, we’ve launched three powerful collaboration benefits we’d love to show you:

  • My Activities – As with Assessments and other Records in Keepabl, you can now appoint Assignee’s and Contributors to individual Activities in your RoPA, and they each have their own My Activities dashboard.
  • Who’s In – You’ve always been able to collaborate on the same Activity, Assessment, Right or Breach with your colleagues, wherever you are. Who’s In alerts you when others are working in the same Record as you. Seeing exactly where others are working, in real time, is particularly valuable when collaborating online with geographically-separated teams.
  • AutoUpdate – Instantly see changes made by colleagues without needing to click refresh. As soon as they save their change, you see it in real-time. Combined with Who’s In, this massively addresses the risk of unknowingly working on, and saving conflicting saves to, an Activity, Assessment, Right or Breach. Super valuable.

We’d be delighted to show you how Keepabl can help your business rise above Privacy stress, easily and effectively. Don’t just take our word for it – why not read case studies from our valued customers.
