FREE DRAW TERMS

These terms and conditions govern any free draw operated by Keepabl Ltd, incorporated in England, company # 11043685, registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London Ec2A 4NE, UK (‘Free Draw’ and ‘Keepabl’). By participating in a Free Draw you agree to these terms and conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT ENTER THE FREE DRAW.

  1. The Free Draw is free to enter. As such, the Free Draw is not regulated by the UK Gambling Act 2005. The Free Draw is operated by Keepabl as a promotion at a trade show or similar event (‘Event’) and may only be entered into on the stand or at the location operated by Keepabl at the Event (‘Stand’).
  2. As the Free Draw is a promotional activity, to participate in or enter the Free Draw a person must be aged 18 or over (‘Entrant’) and either a potential customer of Keepabl or a consultant or other person who might refer potential customers to Keepabl. No employee of Keepabl or their friends and families, nor employee of any competitor of Keepabl, may participate in or enter the Free Draw.
  3. Keepabl may refuse participation in the Free Draw to any person in Keepabl’s sole discretion, including without limitation if that person is displaying rude, aggressive or threatening behaviour.
  4. Only one entry per Entrant is permitted.
  5. Each Free Draw is limited to a particular Event. The start and end times of the Free Draw will be determined by Keepabl in its sole discretion but will not be outside the opening hours for visitors to the Event. There must be a Keepabl employee in attendance and operating the Free Draw in order for the Free Draw to be open. If no Keepabl employee is available, the Free Draw will be closed until an employee becomes available. Keepabl may decide to open and close the Free Draw at any time in its sole discretion. The Free Draw will end automatically when there are no more prizes to be won (‘Prizes’).
  6. The number, value and nature of Prizes is determined by Keepabl in its sole discretion. Prizes are as stated or shown at the time of entry, are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. Keepabl reserves the right to substitute a Prize for one of equal or greater value at any time. No correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Keepabl’s Free Draws are designed for immediate discovery of whether a Prize has been won, and immediate physical possession of the Prize by the winning Entrant (‘Winner’). When a Prize has been won, the Winner must take possession of and remove the Prize from the Stand immediately or forfeit the Prize. Keepabl will not retain or hold Prizes for Winners. If a Winner leaves the Stand without the Prize they won, that Prize will be forfeited and may be reused in the Free Draw.
  8. To the extent permitted by law: Keepabl gives no warranty representation or undertaking in relation to any Prize; acceptance and any resulting use of a Prize is at the Winner’s sole liability; and Keepabl has no liability to the Winner or any other person relating to or arising out of use of the Prize by the Winner or any other person.
